"Both villas are newly built in traditional style with solid stone walls. They share their own large swimming pool and are close to The Green Terrace, enjoying the same panoramic sea and mountain views but have their own access road. Guests are welcome to book evening meals at The Green Terrace. Property A - sleeps 4
Property B - sleeps 6 A two storey villa with two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom and one shower room. The property is also finished with exposed stone walls and timber ceilings. There is an open fireplace in the large open plan lounge. The kitchen area is large with plenty of working space and storage with a large fridge/freezer, electric cooker and a microwave. Separate double doors from the lounge open on to an open terrace and on to a large covered terrace, both with views over the garden to the sea. Downstairs there is a large double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Upstairs are the two remaining bedrooms, one twin and one double plus a shower room with washing machine. Both bedrooms open on to a large open terrace with the same views over the garden and swimming pool and out to sea. All bedrooms are air conditioned. In the lounge there is a stereo and TV/DVD with CDs and DVDs to choose from. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is seating outside on the covered terrace and, additionally, there is a large outside kitchen with barbecue, pizza oven and sink with a large covered area for outside dining. Swimming Pool The pool is 40 sq.m and has a paved area around it with sun loungers. The pool is solely for the use of self catering guests.

Two bedroom bungalow with one bathroom/shower. Inside, the property is
finished with exposed stone walls, terracotta tiled flooring and
timber ceilings. There is a large open plan lounge with kitchen and
dining area. Patio doors open from here on to an open terrace
overlooking olive trees and out to sea. Both bedrooms are air
conditioned with double wardrobes. The larger bedroom has twin beds
and its own private terrace with sea views. The second bedroom has a
double bed and a window looking out to the swimming pool. The kitchen
is large and well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, electric
cooker, washing machine and microwave. Outside, there are paved areas
for sitting, both close to the pool and on the other side of the
property which is entirely private. Inside there is a very large
selection of books, a stereo and TV/DVD with a selection of CDs and
DVDs to choose from. There is a single sofa bed in the lounge and a
travel cot is also available.
